B.P . Lachmansingh's collection of devotional songs
"The history of his collection started in 1973 when Dr. B.P. Lachmansingh met the Great Poet Pradeep in Bombay.'
Born in Surinam and grown up in Europe (The Netherlands), he felt as no other the need of Hindu songs and Spirituality.
He began to search for it .. in his own roots. And after facing many difficulties, he succeeded to put the Hanuman Chalisa and Bajrang Baan first on disk. Hanuman Chalisa, the mythe of Hanuman, the apeman who reached as devotee of Lord Rama the spiritual heaven. Chalisa's are forty Mantra's or Hymns which are describing the live stories of Maha Atma's. The..positive spiritual vibrations of Hanuman Swami are on Tuesday and Saterday. For Devotees it is the best to remember the Great Hanuman on those days. On side two you will hear the Bajrang Baan.
Bajrang Baan is as well a tribute to Mahabier Hanuman and explains as well the spiritual level and power of this Great Atma. On the second Longplay in this collection you will hear first the Shanker Chalisa. Lord Shanker, one of the symbols in the Trinity, Bhrama,Vishnu and Mahes. The best day to concentrate on Lord Shiva is Monday. There, where is a destroying, there is also a renewing. The distance between renewing and destroying is consistance. Wirling them onwards on the stream of time.mThe Chalisa of Lord Krishna you'll hear on side two of this Longplay. The most difficult problem was to finish the sixth Longplay, because there was no Chalisa or something like that about the Great Reformer Swami Sarasvati Dayanand. It took years to get Autentic materials to put his life and the way he was pointing in a 40 min. song. As Dr. B.P. Lachmansingh had wished, the Great Poet Pradeep has sung and composed the Swami's life in a very unique and understanding an devoted way for every one. So Dr. B.P. Lachmansingh believes that the Swami's message will find his way to every one all over the world. Only then I can say that I have succeed in my study. Swami Dayanand Ki Amar Kahani on picture disk, in a very educational and devotional way. From a Devotee to every one. The way of truth and the true about the Great Swami Sarasvati Dayanand. In 1983, Lachmansingh received an honorary doctorate in religion in England for releasing a song about the life of Swami Dayanand for the first time worldwide.
